Survivors include a son, Aaron Kennelley and his wife, Briana, of Erie; a sister, Dorothy Cote and her husband, Bernard, of Greene Township; a brother, William Kennelley and his wife, Linda, of Erie; 17 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Marie Elsie Blattenberger Boring, 78, a resident of Erie most of her life, died on Thursday morning November 15, 2007 at the Hamot Medical Center following a brief illness.She was born in Blair County, Pa. on October 9, 1929 a daughter of the late Bruce and Loretta Ake Blattenberger.
Marie attended the First Church of God, was a member of the National Club, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She was a professional musician, vocalist, and entertainer of country music and performed with numerous entertainers including Hank Williams, Sr. and Roy Acuff.
Survivors include three sons, Anson Boring, III, Gary Boring and his wife Barbara, and Randy Boring, all of Erie; two daughters, Elsie Dickson and her husband William of McKean and Paula Royer of Erie; a special nephew John Blattenberger and his wife Donna, 22 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and numerous other nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by a sister Glenda McGuire; four brothers, Paul, Ronald, Draper, and Samuel Blattenberger; and a grandson, Ryan Donahue. and her 2nd,, husband. Clyde S. Of 320 Logan Ave., South Lakemont, died at midnight Sunday in her home.Mrs. Shoeman was born May 11, 1877, in Fishertown, a daughter of Frederick and Rachael (Croyle) Blattenberger.
She was twice married to the late Ellsworth Adams and the late David Shoeman.
Surviving are one sister and two brothers, Mrs. Carrie Miller, Samuel and Joseph of Roaring Spring.
Mrs. Shoeman was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Hollidaysburg. Friends will be received in the Creamer & Plank Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, after 7 p.m., today.
